1.  Serve on a Committee  

• Activities:  plan the month’s activities
• Finance:  fundraise for the project
• Public Relations:  educate others about the project and its ongoing details
• Host Family:  select Reno County families to host teens from Northern Ireland
• Transportation:  facilitate the logistics of moving the group as necessary

 2.  Volunteer in July 

• HOST AN EVENT: for the group
• DONATE  A DAY: meet any needs
• PROVIDE A MEAL: for the group
• CARPOOL: for a day 

3.  Donate Funds

Funds may be given through the Hutchinson Community Foundation. ALL donations should be payable to the Hutchinson Community Foundation and sent to The Ulster Project , P.O. Box 1862, Hutchinson, Ks 67504-1862 or you may “Pay For a Day” and select the activity to support for the cause.
